I. Workshop Overview
Vulcanization is the core process in rubber product manufacturing. It crosslinks rubber molecules, endowing products with high strength, wear resistance, elasticity, and vibration damping performance. Suntite’s vibration damping materials workshop focuses on producing high-performance functional parts and high-standard appearance components based on rubber. The workshop is managed under ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, and IATF16949 systems, leveraging modular layouts and intelligent control to achieve efficient material production and quality management.

II. Product Applications
The vibration damping materials workshop focuses on six core application areas, meeting diverse industry demands:
Low-Altitude Aircraft: UAV sealing and damping parts designed for complex flight environments.
Robotics: Sealing and drive components for underwater robots, ensuring waterproofing and pressure resistance.
Tools: Vibration pads, cushions, flame-retardant, and insulating materials for power tools and garden tools, improving safety and durability.
Automotive: AEM sealing parts and ball joint components to reduce vibration and noise.
Home Appliances: Sealing parts for bathroom and air conditioning products, enhancing durability and damping performance.
Rail Transit: Locomotive and rail damping pads and sealing parts to ensure smooth operation.
III. Manufacturing Capabilities
Equipment Configuration
Vulcanization Equipment: 72 flat vulcanizing presses (precision temperature control ±3℃) and 8 injection vulcanizers (automated compound injection).
Automated Molding Equipment: Self-developed robotic automation with automatic feeding and robotic part collection, enabling unmanned operation and boosting capacity by 15%–20%.
Post-Processing Automation: Advanced cryogenic trimming machines, punching machines, visual inspection systems, and automatic packaging equipment to accelerate product turnaround.
Strong Production Capacity
Daily capacity reaches up to 20 tons of rubber production.
Process Control
The workshop employs an intelligent temperature control system, keeping vulcanization temperature errors within ±3℃. With PLC automation, curing times are precisely set to prevent under- or over-curing. Inspectors and team leaders conduct first-piece and end-of-shift inspections to ensure process stability.
Technical Team
The production team includes over 15 experienced technical managers, each with more than 8 years in the rubber industry. With expertise in natural rubber, EPDM, CR, NBR, and FKM processing, they are able to swiftly resolve process anomalies, improve yield rates, and ensure compliance with technical requirements.
IV. Delivery Assurance
Process Optimization
ERP-integrated order management ensures full traceability from raw material mixing to final product packaging
.
Quality Assurance
Around 30 experienced quality control staff, combined with Japanese, European, and American quality management practices, and advanced testing equipment, cover every stage from raw material procurement to production and final inspection, ensuring compliance with technical standards.
Delivery Commitment
Capable of fulfilling regular orders within 3–7 days, ensuring rapid market response.
As the “heart” of the rubber industry, Suntite’s vibration damping materials workshop is driven by intelligent manufacturing, ensuring product quality while advancing towards higher efficiency and eco-friendliness, continuously driving the high-quality development of the company’s rubber products.
